Preparing Tomato Jelly

Tomato jelly is very delicious to eat with bread or toast for breakfast. First, to prepare it we need to buy some tomatoes from the market. Then, we need to sort them and remove any bad ones. After that, Wash them thoroughly with clean water. Next, smash the tomatoes well to extract the juice and separate the seeds. Then, pour the juice into a pot and place it on the gas stove to boil for 30 minutes. At the end of boiling, add an appropriate amount of sugar, chili, and a little salt. Finally, The jelly is ready. Store it in a bottle and seal it. It can now be used at home or sold in the market.
