Submitting a DMCA Takedown Notice

Upon Receipt of a Valid DMCA Notice:

Once a valid DMCA notice is received, we will respond promptly to remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content. We may also notify the alleged infringer of the claim and provide them with an opportunity to submit a counter-notification.

Submitting a Counter-Notification:

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or as a result of misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. To be effective, a counter-notification must include:

Your physical or electronic signature.
Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled.
A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
Your name, address, and telephone number.
A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located or, if your address is outside the United States, any judicial district in which we may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the DMCA notice.
